Nancy Panfili works mainly in watercolor and colored pencil. Growing up on the shores of eastern New Jersey and coastal Maine has contributed to her love of the ocean and landscapes.

Her education includes studies in oil painting and drawing, art history, and watercolor at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA, and The Memorial Art Gallery in Rochester, NY. Many workshops at home and abroad in Italy, Scotland, and Ireland have further refined her technique.

She is represented at The Rice Museum in Georgetown, SC, and The Island Art Gallery in Pawleys Island, SC.

She is a current member of the Georgetown Watercolor Society.
